• You agree not to upload malware, exploits, or anything intended to disrupt the Site.

3) No Ownership of Your Music

We do not claim ownership of your music or other User Content. You retain your rights. You grant the Site a limited license to host and display your User Content only as needed to operate the Site (for example, streaming or downloading where enabled).

4) AI / Model Training

We do not use uploaded music or User Content to train AI models.

5) Takedowns & Moderation

We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion (including for legal compliance, abuse prevention, policy violations, or safety). We are not obligated to monitor all content.

6) Disclaimer of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site owner and operators are not liable for any User Content or for any damages arising from use of the Site, including claims related to uploaded content.

7) Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
